Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If we cancel a booking on our side — for example, because the escort is unwell — no charge applies and we’ll do our best to offer an alternative arrangement.

If we cannot offer an alternative, we’ll refund any deposit you’ve paid. To process this, we’ll ask for your bank details so we can transfer the funds back to you. If you don’t provide bank details for reimbursement within one month of cancellation, we’ll retain the deposit.
